French Toast Casserole
Delicious! The baking gives it a crispier texture on the outside than what you normally get with regular french toast, yet stays soft inside. My husband loved it.

Beef or Chicken Marinade
Excellent flavor. I marinated some beef ribs for 36 hours then baked them in the marinade. My son said it was the best meat he'd ever had. We also drizzled the excess marinade/drippings over potatoes and they were YUM!
