I am a member of our local Lions Club. I have worked for the "phone company" for many years. I love camping, reading and gardening. I love to bake cookies at Christmas. I try to make at least 2 dozen different types along with fudge and other candies. I also love to try new appetizers. I also like to try new Italian and Mexican recipes. I always go back to the Lasagna recipe handed down within my family. My husband and I made lobster stuffed filet mignon with a light sauce for Christmas one year. The entire family enjoyed it! Hah! First don't try and follow a new recipe while someone is talking and distracting you.
