I have been getting more and more interested in cooking. I didn't do much of it right after I got married, but have slowly started to enjoy it. I like trying to make new things. My latest is cooking Indian dishes.

Chocolate Eclair
Every time I make this it's a HUGE hit! I just brought it to a Christmas party thinking I would bring half of it home to enjoy, but it was gone!!

Best Hamburger Ever
