Rita's Sweet Holiday Baked Ham
I used Rita's ham for Easter (my first time cooking a ham)-everyone raved! I cooked exactly as stated in the recipe. I used an 8 lb ham for 2.5 hrs. Used a larger oven bag so as not to rip, and also cut the ends of the toothpicks shorter so they wouldn't poke through the bag. Will definitely use again!
