Banana Crumb Muffins
These were some of the best muffins I have ever made. The only thing I did different was add vanilla and Chocolate Chips. I have already passed this recipe on and plan on making them again very soon.

Cinnamon-Peach Cottage Cheese Pancakes
These were light but yet not airy, if that makes any sense. The family loved them and rated them a 5. The one person that does not like pancakes at all rated them a 4....that says it all. I used apple instead of peach and topped with apple topping and warmed syrup. Will defiantly make these again. Thanks for sharing!!!

Dad's Oatmeal Cookies
These are the best cookies I have had in a long time. They are so fast and so good. The only thing I changed is I used Whole Wheat Flour. But I don't think that it made a difference.
