Southern Sweet Potato Bread with Pecans

Everyone in my house were lined up waiting for the bread/cake to come out of the oven. You can smell the nutmeg and the whole kitchen smells like holiday time. Excellent!

Pineapple Bars

I added another can of chuck pineapple 8 oz to the mixture after it was cooked and a cup of chopped pecan over the pineapple mixture. It is great warm right from the oven with vanilla ice cream and everyone loved it warm or cold.

Piernik - Honey Bread

I love the taste of the honey, nuts and rasins. I eat it with peanut butter for dinner.
