Ground Beef Bar-b-que
Fit a quick, inexpensive meal to the tee! I made this loose meat and changed it according to what I had on hand (no peppers so I omitted them altogether, red wine instead of white vinegar). I also took others' suggestions and added garlic, honey, and brown sugar along with a dash of garlic and onion seasoning, but I really don't think you could mess this one up. It was very versatile. It could easily be more sweet or more spicy according to your taste. Thank you. I'll definately be doing this one again.

Basic Flaky Pie Crust
My first ever successful pie crust! (And not because I haven't tried!!!) If I can do it, anyone can! I can't wait to try this with butter. It sounds delicious!

Chocolate Gravy II
I wish I had more stars to give!!! I wnt in search of my Grandma Zagarri's chocolate pie recipe and was terribly discouraged until I remebered that it was simply a thickened version of her chocolate gravy. To make this ino a chocolate pie, simply increase the flour to a heaping 1/4 cup ad decrease the milk by about a 1/2 cup. (Grandma never was an exact measurer and neither am I.) Stir continuously over heat until a thick pudding consistency is reached. When chilled this pie will set beautifully. Don't cook as long and you have a great pudding. Trust me. You can't go wrong with this one! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
