Paprika Chicken with Sour Cream Gravy
I found the sauce to be a bit too thick, but the chicken was very moist. I would add a bit of salt and maybe thin out the sauce with milk or cream next time. My family enoyed this so I will definately keep working with this recipe. Quick and easy.

Ground Beef Bar-b-que
Fit a quick, inexpensive meal to the tee! I made this loose meat and changed it according to what I had on hand (no peppers so I omitted them altogether, red wine instead of white vinegar). I also took others' suggestions and added garlic, honey, and brown sugar along with a dash of garlic and onion seasoning, but I really don't think you could mess this one up. It was very versatile. It could easily be more sweet or more spicy according to your taste. Thank you. I'll definately be doing this one again.

Basic Flaky Pie Crust
My first ever successful pie crust! (And not because I haven't tried!!!) If I can do it, anyone can! I can't wait to try this with butter. It sounds delicious!
