Chicken Nuggets
The taste was good; I'd say too heavy on the thyme and they weren't very crispy. But the overall flavor is good; I'll probably try again and make a few adjustments.

Gary's Stuffed Mushrooms
I agree that there was too much of a "stuffing" taste that overpowered the crab/cream cheese mixture. I like the fact that the ingredients are ones I would most likely find around my house, but I would like to taste more of the filling besides stuffing.

Peppy's Pita Bread
This was my first time attempting pitas, but not all of the pitas puffed up. I also let a few cook too long--beware! The bread that did rise had a good flavor. Not sure I'll make again.
