When I went to make this I realized we didn't have any beer! So I doubled up the beef broth and I also used a fresh cut onion in place of the condensed french onion soup (don't like all the junk added to the campbell's condensed soups). Added some seasoning like garlic and onion powder and a splash of worcestershire. The end result was fantastic! However I would definitely like to try it with the beer next time and will be looking for a different brand of french onion to be more true to the recipe.

Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers

Great flavor, very moist and juicy. I didn't have seasoned breadcrumbs so I just added a little italian seasoning. Also add a few dashed of worcestershire.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Ok, I royally screwed up the dumpling part on this because I bought frozen dough rolls. Which I think would work, however I didn't let them thaw and rise for the required amount of time and they just stayed little dough balls. However, the taste of the chicken was awesome and we served it over rolls that we already had. Next time I will follow the directions and I know it will be awesome.

Marinated Pretzels

These pretzels are terrific. I cut the dill and garlic down to 1 T. Used EVOO and it definitely tastes better the second day.

Baked Oatmeal II

We didn't care for this. I think a couple changes would make it better. I would definitely make it in a smaller deeper dish. I think in the 9x13 it was super dry and more like a granola bar. I wanted it more mushy. Also, I cut the sugar due to a lot of reviews, but I think that was a mistake.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

This is the best cold day soup! I thought the recipe looked too plain but it turned out awesome and it really couldn't get any easier to make. We will definitely make this again.

Tender Chicken Nuggets

Quite tasty. I unlike alot of others used the ranch dressing (actually used half ranch dip half ranch dressing) and then used crushed up rice krispies instead of cornflakes. They were really good! The ranch dip I think give a lot more flavor than just ranch dressing. I would probably leave out the parmesan next time though. Just adds unneccesary calories and didn't care for it the parm flavor w/ the ranch.

Richard's Chicken Breasts

This was really good, however I'll need to change up some things next time. There was no sauce to speak of. The wine all cooked off while the mushrooms and onions were in the pan. So next time I will add more wine and possibly some chicken broth. I may take others advice and cook the mushrooms and onions first and then deglaze the pan. The chicken was cooked perfectly though!

Grilled Asian Chicken

Super easy and so flavorful. I pounded out the chicken and only marinated for about 10-15 minutes. I grilled and then added to the peanut butter noodle recipe on here. Very tasty.

Caesar Salad Supreme

This would have been 5 stars except for 2 minor alterations in my book. I think there is too much garlic, I will use about half next time. (and we love garlic) And it's too thick. I added a little milk to thin it out. Otherwise it's delish.

The only thing I did differently was reduce the sugar by about half. After the chicken was done, I poured the sauce over steamed green beans. Yum, yum, yum!

Easy Sausage Pinwheels

These are such a tasty little treat. I added a little garlic powder, onion powder and sage to the dough before adding the sausage. However, I'm not sure it was necessary. I think using the sage sausage or a hot sausage would be really good. I'm not sure why some are pre-cooking the sausage, it's an unnecessary step.

Peanut Butter Noodles

My kids loved these, definitely a keeper. Followed the recipe to a T. ETA: Made this a second time and turned it into a dinner with grilled chicken and sauteed snow peas mixed in. Phenomenal!! Instead of adding peanuts at the end, I just use chunky peanut butter in the sauce.

Slow Cooker Cilantro Lime Chicken

Seriously easy and seriously good!! I used a good quality salsa and made my own taco seasoning. Served them w/ homemade guacamole, sour cream, cheddar cheese and shredded lettuce.
