J.P.'s Big Daddy Biscuits
I've never been a good biscuit maker, but definitely the less you handle these babies, the flakier and fluffier and bigger they are. I used some leftover sour milk and added a half teaspoon of baking soda to the mix. I couldn't believe it. I will never buy another can of Grands again. Great recipe for sausage/cheese/egg biscuits too. I finally had to hide them from my husband!
