My favorite things to cook

being cajun i tend to lean towards gumbo and etouffe- or any roux based meals... but i love to cook it all.

Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic

pretty good... the potatoes werent quite sweet enough so next time i will add more sugar- the topping was perfect.
