Fast and Delicious Black Bean Soup
Souper easy meal. My 2 and 4 year old loved it. Used 3 cans of beans (blended 2) and used a little celery salt. Added crushed red pepper to my own bowl. Yummy!

Eggplant Parmesan II
I was very disappointed with the result of this recipe. I followed it exactly. Three eggplants was way too much. No one cared for it and we ended up just eating the side-dishes.
