Blueberry Pie
I give this delicious pie 5 stars easily ! I took the advice of others, and used 5 cups of blueberries (freshly picked) 4-5 Tbs of cornstarch and some lemon juice. It came out perfectly! I set my oven on 400, and covered the edges of the pie crust first with foil for about 35-40 minutes, then took it off for the last 15-20 min. It came out fantastic, I served it for friends who said it was the best blueberry pie they've had! I also used the best flaky pie crust from this site as well. Thanks for the great recipe!
