Creamed Peas
Except for the sugar, I followed the recipe exactly. I didn't like the idea of sugar, so I cut that out completely. It is too peppery the way it is written, I think 1/2 of what it calls for would be plenty! Otherwise, it was really tasty. I will make it again without so much pepper. Yum!

Blueberry Crumb Bars
YUMMY! I made this today. I used frozen blueberries and cooked it the same amount of time called for in the recipe. I used butter, 1/2 whole wheat flour, 1/2 brown sugar and added 1 tsp of almond extract to the dough part. Even my picky husband who isn't fond of blueberries agreed it was "really good".

Jalapeno Popper Spread
Everyone that tries it loves it. Even people that don't like regular poppers. If you don't want it as spicy, you can use green chilis, if you want it spicier, you can use more jalepeno.
