Blue Cranberry Sauce
I used mixed field berries in place of straight blueberries and I love this sauce! I make it every year, and it's such a nice change from traditional cranberry sauce (which I don't like anyways!). Leftover are perfect in muffins.

Grilled Buffalo Wings
After reading many people's reviews, I chose this recipe because I was looking for a very mild buffalo wing for my kids. I omitted the cayenne, and kept the rest of the recipe the same. It still turned out to have some heat...too much for my kids, but perfect for me! A good recipe for those of us who can't stomach a five alarm wing! The cooking method was a bit intensive, but the wings sure turned out good!

Honey Lime Chicken Wings
So good! Such a different take on the usual buffalo or honey/garlic wing. Smelled amazing! First I doubled the sauce, then boiled the wings in the sauce. Onto the bbq for a final crisp up, just watch closely so the honey doesn't burn. Will definitely make again!
