'Day Before Payday' Kielbasa and Corn Hash
I too made this today...the day before payday!! lol...that what drew my attention! I only wanted to spend a lil cash and I bought the main ingredients for less than $8! As others have said let it cook til all the juices are gone. It gets super good at that point. I doubled the red flakes and thought it could of used more. I also added one of those generic spice blends as I wanted a lot of flavor. I'll add more of that too next time. This was really good though.

Marinated Rosemary Chicken
This was difficult, I found some of the things it talked about I had to do a little research on before I could understand. I personally like learning new things, so didn't mind. The chicken turned out very good, but I have to ask myself if it's worth the time I put into it. I also had a porblem with truely understanding what the marinade was supposed be like. ALthough the chicken turned out fine, and I used the leftovers for a soup recipe I found here (5 star), the smell of it baking was a little overwhelming, unless you like the smell garlic, I wouldn't suggest cooking this when there's a lot of people around. :) Of course, I could have screwed something up to, but it turned out ok.

Chicken Soup III
I used this recipe for my first soup making experience. It wasn't real easy, but I was able to come out with a soup that everyone now wants me to make more of. I feel the recipe is a bit vague on some things, but overall it works very well, and tastes even better!
