Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker
Super delicious! Was looking for a healthy Easter meal to cut down on calories and this fit the bill! 4 stars, not 5, why? The fresh garlic was a little heavy at 3 tbsp. I will lessen to 1 tbsp. next time and may substitute for something other than dry onion soup mix to be a little heathier. Also, I will add a little bit of a spice rub to the top. Used an extra lean pork tenderloin and it was super tender and not dry in the least bit.
Other than that, served with some small red potatoes and a delicious salad and we had a yummy, healthy Easter dinner that didn't feel low-fat! Great recipe!
