Very yummy tasting, my hubby would've liked more texture to his vegatables. I chopped them on the finer side (my fault). We used a mixed seafood bag that had squid, mussels, shirmp etc. Few leftovers. Thanks

Deep Dish Layered Salad

The seasonings in the dressing is really what makes this salad different than other layered salads. I like this one the best.

Seafood Piccata

Made this for Father's Day and what a hit. So easy and very good. The sauce has a wonderful aroma and is light but full of flavor. I thought I would need to increase the portions a little but there was plenty for everyone. I used imatation crab and didn't have quite enough green onions so I used shallots also. This goes on my to make often list.

Coconut Cream Cake III

This is so easy and very rich. My daughter, 7 made this for Father's Day. Huge hit! The sour cream gives it a great texture.

Blue Ribbon Overnight Rolls

We love homemade breads and this is fantasticly easy and very yummy. My 7 yr old daughter had a 4 & 5th roll instead of cake for dessert.

Fresh Pear Cake

Southern Banana Pudding

While this is very easy to do, it doesn't hold a candle to the cooked pudding and meringue banana pudding I grew up with.

Tater Tot Hot Dish II

Caribbean Coconut Chicken

Doughnut Muffins

J.P.'s Big Daddy Biscuits

Thanks I have been looking for fluffy biscuits. Boy are these a joy to eat. I have turned them into savory biscuits also. My husband didn't like biscuits very well until I tried this recipe. Now we have them at least once a week.
