Cajun Seafood Pasta
Oh MY this is good! Ok, regarding the amount of pepper to add... we like spicy food so I added 3/4 the amount of pepper even though all the reviews say to cut it in half. Well, we'll be cutting in half next time ;-) Just still abit too peppery. Oh, throw in 2 large cloves of chopped garlic with all the other spices. Yum!

Fiery Fish Tacos with Crunchy Corn Salsa
Excellent! ~ These tacos are sooo good. I can't wait to make 'em again. But, here's the only thing...the recipe for the spices makes waaaay too much. So, cut it at least in half (you'll still probably have too much left over). We reduced the amount of the red pepper as well and they were still too firey for our (spicy) taste. The salsa mixture is wonderful (although I couldn't finD jicama in our store). We didn't fnd the salsa dry at all because the sour cream adds a creamy taste. Toss the tortillas on the grill for a bit. YUM! This one's a keeper! :)

Chuck's Come On Ice Cream (or Night of the Red Death) Chili
My husband won 1st Place in our local Chili cookoff this past weekend with this recipe! We think the key is to use all country-style rib meat (pork & beef). We also added 2 cans of pinto beans. Yummy!
