Jalapeno Pepper Appetizers
After reading the reviews, we skipped wrapping the bacon and instead crumbled it into the cream cheese mixture along with finely sliced green onions, a little garlic powder & onion powder and put them on the grill when they were almost done cooking. Oh, I cooked the peppers for about 15 minutes at 350 first before stuffing them with the mixture because one of the reviews mentioned the cheese filling spilling out. I found the mixture stayed together perfectly w/the bacon & onions in the mixture to help hold it together. Topped each one with a sliced black olive. Will definitely make this again!
