About this Cook
When I was first out on my own, I figured out that if you can follow a recipe, you can cook. No one ever taught me how to cook, I just figured things out by trying. I really like variety and so I enjoy trying different recipes. I particularly like spices and I have just about every type!
My favorite things to cook
My husband & I have the same favorite meal: chicken piccata. I doubt we would ever get tired of it. It's one of the few things I have made so often I don't need to consult the recipe anymore.

Crustless Spinach Quiche
Very good, great to skip the crust. However I think it could be made with a little less cheese, and I added 2 more eggs.

Easy Cajun Grilled Veggies
This is very good for those who like spice. I grill them well, since I hate squash & zucchini "steamed." A nice way to add zip to the usual veggies.

Greek Chicken Pasta
This was good but fairly time-consuming with all the ingredients. I think it can easily be customized to suit one's taste. I made it with cherry tomatoes which were the best part! I lookj forward to making it again when my cherry tomato plant produces this year!
