Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
A friend from work shared this recipe with me. I made it for the first time this week. The root beer tenderizes the pork to the point where it melts in your mouth. I used Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce which has just the right balance of sweet and spicy. I serve creamy cole slaw on top of the pork for an added kick!
