Jenn's Out Of This World Spaghetti and Meatballs

I really liked this sauce, loved just dropping in the meatballs, and not having to pan fry first. Next time though, I will definitely cut way down on the sugar!!! Because It was so sweet, I ended up addinng extra salt, tomatoes and a can of tomato sauce but it was still excellent. Varied the meatballs a little, used stuffing instead of breadcrumbs, just crushed up, added a little worstershire, they were really good!

Beef Tenderloin With Roasted Shallots

Possibly the best recipe I've gotten from this site! Really impressively delicious. Doubled the recipe, except used a larger tenderloin a little over 6 lbs. Still plenty of sauce , I can't rave enough at how great this was!!!!

Pasta Sauce with Italian Sausage

Used Turkey Italian sausage, no ground beef,a 28 oz can diced tomatoes, and 28 oz can tomato sauce, (we like it saucy) and some fresh basil. Turned out great.

Best Ever Saucy Beef Kabobs

I thought these were delicious! I added extra onion (chopped too much) and seasoned meat with steak seasoning and a little Lawry's before threading. I grilled on a grill pan with a little olive oil. Turned out great!

I liked this, not something I would serve for company, but a great weeknight dish. I only used one pound of beef, and added a little taco seasoning, and did not simmer for as long as suggested, but it still turned out great.

This chicken was great! Followed the recipe exactly except had to sustitute breadcrumbs with stuffing that I had crushed. Also followed advice of others and halved the salt and pepper Super Delicous!

Easy Arugula Salad

Loved this salad, I added a little extra rice vinegar, and a splash of red vinegar just because I like it really tangy. I also added about a half packet of splenda to the dressing, just to give it a little sweetness. I ended up having to use an arugula mix because the market didn't have arugula. It was so good, even my friend who said she doesn't really like salad loved it.
