Christmas Eve and Christmas Day when the whole family is together at our home. They are spread all over so it's great when we finally all get together.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I
This was a good easy stew, however we like alot of gravy to dip our bread in or when we serve over biscuits so if you like alot of gravy also I suggest upping the beef broth to 4 cups because I was left with no gravy in pot after cooking for 9 hours.

Cheese-Stuffed Jalapenos
I forgot to add the worchester sauce.(dingbat moment) and they were still great. I will make these again.

Byrdhouse Blistered Cherry Tomatoes
I must have made these 10 times already! Always looking for ways to use tomatoes. This is fantastic. Last time I added some crumbled gorgonzola cheese. Next time I'm adding some capers. Yum. Good job as always Sunnyshine!
