Chocolate Mint Dessert Brownies
This is a great recipe. I took others advice and used a prepackaged brownie. I used 2 1/2 T milk and a half a teaspoon of mint extrace instead of the creme de menthe. Rave reviews everytime I make these. Thanks!

Chicken Milano
This is a great recipe. The sauce is especially yummy. I had a similar sauce at a restaurant served on mushrooms and asparagus with filet mignon and mashed potatoes... yum

Orange Glazed Carrots
It yummy, I usually add a little orange marmalade esp if I don't have any orange zest on hand
