Nice and cheesy. I used Cream of Mushroom Soup as that was what I had on hand. Made lots so it's a great receipe for a crowd.

Grandma's Green Bean Casserole

I pretty much followed the recipe but used frozen green beans instead of canned. This was good and a popular choice at my dinner, but I felt it was a little bland and will have to think of something to perk it up before I serve it again.

No Bake Cheesecake I

Excellent. Simple to put together and it turned out perfectly. I topped the cheesecase with lemon curd, toasted almonds and whipped cream. Everyone loved this dessert!

I found this to be a very quick and easy recipe and it was delicious. I used some as a sauce for cheesecake, along with toasted almonds and it was fantastic. Thanks CATSEO for a great recipe.

Strawberries and Cream Bread Pudding

Seafood Strata with Pesto

Excellent dish. I used a sundried tomato pesto and it worked beautifully. A great company dish as you can make it ahead. This dish, a green salad and glass of white wine - Yummy!

Seafood Melange

I've made this a few times now and I always have success with it. I do use a packaged Hollandaise sauce, but the recipe goes together so quickly and yet the final product looks like you fussed for hours. I've gotten lots of compliments on this recipe.

Busy Night Turkey Taco Soup with Avocado Cream

I changed this around a lot according to what I had on hand and personal tastes. Used cooked rice instead of beans. Added chopped sauteed onion and pepper, cumin, chilli powder and a touch of thyme. Served with slices of avacado and a dollop of sour cream. Excellent soup!

Baked Pork Chops I
