Sloppy Joe Sandwiches
This was ok to good with a few alterations. To the meat I added one minced onion and a couple cloves of garlic. It brings a better flavor to this recipe. It's a bit heavy on the ketchup and next time I'll probably sub a little tomato sauce in it's place.

Roquefort Pear Salad
This is one of my most favorite recipes ever from allrecipes. Instead of a head of lettuce I use 3 different kinds of bagged leaf lettuces. If the crowd isn't small I always double the recipe. The bowl is empty every time!

Texas Ranch Potato Salad
Simple to make and full of flavor! I've been looking for a potato salad that tasted more like a baked potato. Not your traditional mustard, mayo potato salad. This is it! The changes I made are 4 pounds of potatoes instead of 5 and for the mayo amount I used half sour cream. I'm making this again for the fourth and doubling it! Last time the bowl got licked clean and this time I'm going to be prepared. Thank you so much!!
