EVERYONE has asked me to make this for them where ever I go! This recipe is a huge hit and easy to make. I experimented with the filling and used it to make baked clams and that was just as big a hit!

Soy Garlic Steak

Awesome marinade!! I was never really a big meat eater until I tried this. Now I buy steak regularly and always use this marinade.

Crab Stuffed Mushrooms I

Old Fashioned Kentucky Nut Cake

This cake is absolutely delicious! It smelled so good in the oven that as soon as it came out I had to have a piece. Highly recommended if you have company coming over last minute. No need to frost, it's perfect just the way it is!
