Pork Chops with Raspberry Sauce
I have made this several times and it's always a hit. I have used pork tenderloin with the raspberry sauce, and I actually prefer it to the pork chops. I always double the sauce. I still haven't added any sage to my spice cabinet, so I always use crushed rosemary instead. This recipe is so easy that I am adding it to a list of easy recipes for my newlywed sister.

Old Fashioned Onion Rings
I served these to a couple of young men who were visiting our home. They couldn't keep their hands off of them! Long after one of them was finished with his meal, he kept munching these onion rings. I served it with some Vidalia brand Blossom Sauce for dipping. I got it at my local Walmart Supercenter. Awesome!

Orange Honey Garlic Chicken
This made a good dinner. I used 3 breast halves, but there was enough marinade for at least 4. I baked it for 45 minutes and it came out tender. I simmered the marinade from the baking pan on the stove with 1 rounded tsp. of cornstarch to make a nice sauce. Served it over rice. I did make one change to the ingredients - used 1/4 cup OJ concentrate instead of regular OJ. My kids ate it up.
