Really light and fluffy, even when I used whole wheat flour. I was looking for something fast and easy. These were not that quick, but definitely the recipe I will use from now on.

I have made this several times and it's always a hit. I have used pork tenderloin with the raspberry sauce, and I actually prefer it to the pork chops. I always double the sauce. I still haven't added any sage to my spice cabinet, so I always use crushed rosemary instead. This recipe is so easy that I am adding it to a list of easy recipes for my newlywed sister.

I served these to a couple of young men who were visiting our home. They couldn't keep their hands off of them! Long after one of them was finished with his meal, he kept munching these onion rings. I served it with some Vidalia brand Blossom Sauce for dipping. I got it at my local Walmart Supercenter. Awesome!
