Swiss Chicken Casserole II
Very easy and tastes great. What more do you need? I do mix the butter and the stuffing together before putting it on the chicken.

Party Pinwheels
OMG!!! These are so good!! I used different flavors/colors of tortillas and doubled the recipe. I made three types...veggie, ham/veggie, and turkey/veggie. For the double recipe, I used about 1.5 pkgs of ranch seasoning. I have a bad feeling that I didn't make nearly enough for the party!!

Cheese Stuffed Mushroom Appetizer
Cooked this for Christmas. I skipped the last drizzle step and instead, sauteed the stems and garlic in the pan after cooking the mushrooms and just added that to the filling. Plus, I wasn't sure if the recipe called for Neufchatel or cream cheese and since I don't like blue cheeses anyway, I substituted the Neufchatel for fresh mozzarella. Great!
