Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
I increased the ham and topped with some bacon as suggested by other reviewers. Excellent soup, thanks for sharing! We will be making this regularly.

Fluffy Pancakes
I have been making this recipe for about 6 months and it is a hit! I made these for guests from out of town and they gobbled them up! If you want to make them even more special, add in a little grated lemon rind and some vanilla.

Chicken Chili
This was good. We like more spice, so we doubled the spices and added in some adobo chili powder. Served with Grandmother's buttermilk cornbread from this site!
