Slow Cooker Pepper Steak
Tasted great...I omitted the salt and added sliced carrots. My husband loved it:)

Old Fashioned Onion Rings
These were delicious. Most onion rings that I have made in the past did not stay crispy, but these sure did. These are a keeper. Loved them:)

Peanut Butter and Jelly Sushi Rolls
My son loves pb and jelly sandwiches so this was great for him...neat idea!!!
