I made this with a friend a couple weeks ago, but she uses chopped dried cranberries instead of candied fruit. Absolutely delicious cookies!

I've been making this recipe for years, handed down from my Grandmother, and it's always a hit. I only bake mine for 30 minutes (stirring every 10 minutes) and it turns out great! I made a big batch of this the other day for my husband to take to work, and he said it was gone within minutes. Great recipe!

This is the most delicious cheesecake I've ever had. I've made dozens of them, and people have started hiring me to bake them for their Christmas parties this year. It always comes out perfectly, and is always a hit. I use my KitchenAid mixer and let it mix for a good, long while until everything is smooth and creamy. This recipe is to die for!
