Rempel Family Meatloaf
This meatloaf is amazing. I've made it twice. Once during an ice storm I substituted fresh bread crumbs I made in my food processor for the cracker crumbs and provolone and cheddar mix. I top it with ketchup mixed w/bbq sauce. It is so so good! After reading other reviews, maybe I'll try the brown sugar meatloaf as well. Thanks for the great recipe.

Candy Cane Cookies I
This is the recipe my mom and I used as a child. We had lost it and tried to replicate it, but it was never quite the same. My father and brother start nagging me in October to make candy canes for Christmas. Making the canes is a little labor intensive, but everyone loves them. I've also rolled them and made cut cookies (which Dad and brother don't like as well), and I've made part of the dough green to make wreaths. Thanks for posting!

Eggplant Parmesan II
My husband finally agreed to do one day a week of meatless meals, and this was our first! This has set a high standard for future meatless dinners. I baked the breaded eggplant for only 20 minutes and found it crunchy in a couple of places. I used egg whites to make it even lower in fat and calories. Also, I served it on a bed of pasta. Delish!
