Iced Coffee
Wow, this was so good! Like others, I did make a couple of changes. I used just 2 tablespoons of fat free sw and cond milk, skim milk, and added a little extra chocolate (my weakness). The changes were great, and the recipe had only around 135 calories per serving with no fat calories!!!

Spaghetti Salad III
This was a great and easy-to-make recipe. I omitted the onion and tomato, and added red and orange peppers and black olives. This made a very colorful and tasty salad.

Roasted Pork Loin
This was a delicious roast. This was my first attempt at cooking a pork loin and it was great. I seasoned it as shown, but let it sit for a few hours before cooking. My husband could smell it befor he even came in the house. Do watch the time, though, mine was 2lbs and cooked in just over an hour.
