Sensational Strawberry Shortcake

Loved the crunchy top of the meringue and sugar on the shortcake! Cut recipe in half for a one layer cake and it was gorgeous and delicious! Put a dollap of whipped cream on top center of stawberries and put some blueberries on it, instead of mint. Great presentation and super delicious!

Stephen's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Like most, I have been making choc chip cookies for decades and this is the best! I am not a big nut fan, but these are still perfect as is. The baking powder and baking soda give these great texture! Love these as written, no changes necessary!
