Whole Wheat Banana Nut Bread
This might sound a little odd, but the most amazing banana bread I've ever had was this recipe: right out of the oven I wrapped it in plastic wrap, then let it sit for two nights. When you eat it right out of the oven, it isn't the best because it hasn't had a chance to sit- something about this process distributes moisture throughout the loaf and makes a gooey-ness.
