Ken's Scallops
Excellent recipe!!! Thanks so much! I increased the garlic to 3 cloves and used a ton of basil. Also generous lemon juice. Served with brown rice and a green veggie. YUM!!! Thanks Ken!!

Roasted Potato Medley
This dish has such an amazing taste. I couldn't stop eating it! As far as cooking goes, however, I would suggest baking the potato medley for longer, to make the potatoes softer. Awesome recipe! I loved it!

Jumpin' Java Cookies
This recipe did not work at all. The batter was soupy, so I had to turn it into a cake! It did not taste like coffee at all. I am very confused...
