Pork Chops with Blue Cheese Gravy
Very tasty. I controlled the amount of Blue Cheese flavor by adding the cheese slowly while the sauce thickened. Also, I sauteed some mushrooms separately with butter and garlic and then spooned them on top of the sauce over the pork chops. Served with garlic green beans and toasted baguettes. Delicious!

Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup
Delicious. Substituted one can of cream of chicken soup for one of the cans of chicken broth (used low sodium versions). Added a couple of dashes of cumin. Also, as previously suggested I used Rotel brand diced tomatoes w/green chiles and pre-cooked rotisserie chicken from the deli. Finished off with lots of tortilla chip pieces, Kraft Mexican cheese and sour cream.

Brown Family's Favorite Pumpkin Pie
Made this pie yesterday as a trial run for Thanksgiving - it was delicious. I substituted pecans for the walnuts and chopped very fine (my husband does not like nuts). He loved it! A keeper!
