Raisin Rice Stuffed Chicken
Nice, moist chicken. Mine took longer to cook than stated in the directions. Substituted dried cranberries for the raisins in the stuffing (knew the kids would turn their noses up at the raisins) and everyone like it.

Chocolate Date Loaf II
Easy, moist, not too sweet, the kids loved it and didn't even notice the dates. I left the nuts out.

Sesame Seared Tuna
Excellent. Prepared exactly as written. The leftovers, briefly warmed were outstanding too. Definately a keeper and one to share with friends who like to cook.
