BBQ Pork for Sandwiches
I will never make Pulled Pork any other way ! This was FAB ! I added 1 large Vidalia onion chopped into the Crock Pot. I used Bulls Eye Sweet and Tangy BBQ sauce for the sauce. Better than any sandwich I've had in a BBQ Restaurant. Next time we will try it with my husband's home made Bourbon BBQ Sauce. Served with Sweet Potato Fries, Cole Slaw and Corn on the Cob for our Memorial Day BBQ.

Slow Cooker Beef Barley Soup
Wow this was great. I wanted something a little bit thicker so I used the Beef Barley STEW recipe PLUS the Slow Cooker Beef Barley Soup recipe together. It turned into a really thick soup. I used 8 cups of beef broth and 2 cups of water. One of the boxes of beef broth was a fancy one made from sirloin steak and was labeled BOLD. I added 1 TBSP of balsamic vinegar and a 1/2 Cup of White Wine. Cooked it for 8 hours on low. DELISH !

Jalapeno Popper Spread
Loved It ! I did not read the directions correctly and put the Parmesan Cheese in the whole dip. I used "REAL" shaved Parm on the top with the suggested bread crumbs lightly sprinkled on top. Baked it 20 min in 350 oven. Then took it to a New Year's Eve party in the neighborhood and popped it in my friend's oven for 15 min on 400. It was GREAT !! Rave Reviews from all who ate it !
