White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies
I made these vegan style and they were delicious!!! I previously made a batch as the recipe called for and then made a batch with the vegan substitutions and hubby had no idea...he loved them! The only change I made was to use almond extract instead of the brandy. These will definitely be a part of my holiday cookie tins each year. These are soo easy to make and sooo scrumptious that I am sure we will be making them throughout the year!
