Buttermilk Chocolate Cake with Fudge Icing
Overall a very rich and moist cake. I recommend increasing the cocoa powder to at least 1/4 cup, and double the frosting recipe. I also poked holes in cake and frosted while warm (not hot). This cake only gets better as it sets, so make a day ahead of time if possible! Also keep an eye on the time. Mine was done about 5 min before recommended time.
