Sweet Potato Casserole II
Perfect. I roasted five sweet potatoes and that made it really easy to pop right out of their skin. I made this for Thanksgiving and refrigerated for a day or so until I was ready to bake it. I did use brown sugar instead of white but it turned out delicious!

Squash Casserole II
Really good. I topped it with crushed up cheese crackers mixed with little butter. It was one of the first dishes gone at Thanksgiving.

Pumpkin Cheesecake I
Not bad, but I was overall a little disappointed in this. Definitely cut down a little on the pumpkin pie spice. Maybe I wanted this to come out of the pan in perfect squares, but it was really messy. It tasted good, just not exactly what I wanted.
