Libby's(R) Famous Pumpkin Pie

Soft Sugar Cookies IV

Decent texture, but WAAAY to salty for me. I should have followed my instincts and cut it down to 1/2 tsp.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

I thought this was good and very moist, but it was too sweet for me... I should have cut the sugar down to 2 cups.
