Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
Fantastic recipe and so healthy! For chicken, I bought one of those 'slow roasted' chickens that they make at the grocery store. All I had to do was pull the chicken off the bone and toss it in the crockk pot with the rest ofthe ingredients. I will make this again and again!
