The Best Meatballs
This is the meatball recipe I have been searching for! I used 1/2 beef 1/2 pork and used 1 cup of milk instead of water. I will cut back even further on the amount of liquid next time as the meatballs were pretty soft and it was hard to keep the shape as I was frying them. I fried them only slightly before adding them to the sauce to continue cooking. This was the first time I have ever used fresh breadcrumbs to make meatballs, so that may be why they were so good. I used italian bread and put it in mu food processor to make crumbs.

Broccoli and Tortellini Salad
This is a great recipe that everyone raved about. I did not add the raisens, and used only half the amount of sugar. It was definitely sweet enough. I used frozen cheese tortellini and I will cook it less next time. It kind of fell apart a little when I stirred the salad.

Jenny's Grilled Chicken Breasts
I really didn't care for this at all. All I could really taste was lemon. It needed more spices in my opinion.
