Jenny's Grilled Chicken Breasts
I really didn't care for this at all. All I could really taste was lemon. It needed more spices in my opinion.

Italian Leafy Green Salad
I made this for a dinner party and everyone loved it. I used the grapeseed oil, but I think this would be good with extra virgin olive oil also. Next time I will try the toasted pine nuts as someone else suggested.

Chicken with Asparagus and Roasted Red Peppers
I added a lot of garlic to this recipe as per other reviewers suggestions, but this still turned out extremely bland. Both my husband and I gave it a thumbs down.
