Peach Muffins
Pretty good muffin. They were a little dry. I used 1 cup white sugar and 1 cup brown sugar. I purried most of the peaches so there weren't as many chunks (my kids don't like the fruit pieces).

Pumpkin Zucchini Bread
Delicious! My picky kids loved it. I skipped the nuts and put in some mini chocolate chips.

Baked Spaghetti
Delicious! This tasted like lasagna without all the work. I did not line my pan with foil, just used cooking spray, and I didn't have any trouble. I also put a little sauce on the bottom of the pan so the spaghetti wouldn't dry out.
