Lentil and Sausage Soup

5 stars! Excellent recipe. Followed it pretty closely, but added an extra rib of celery and some extra garlic. I hit it with a hand blender for a few seconds to make it a little thicker. Will definitely make this again!

Banana Banana Bread

wonderful! this bread really is nice and dense. i like to eat it cold with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a bit of chocolate syrup. as recommended by a few other users, i added 1.5 tsp vanilla and .5 tsp cinnamon.

Curried Coconut Chicken

tasty recipe. however, it was a bit on the sweet side for me. i thought it was a bit soupy too... so i added more garlic, about 2 tsp red pepper flakes, a can of garbanzos, 2 med red potatoes (diced), and 1/2 of a small can of tomato paste instead of the tomato sauce. like i said, good recipe. i just had to adjust it to my taste.

very tasty crepes! simple recipe too. the only thing i did differently was add about 1.5t of vanilla extract. im sure someone out there will say that this is taboo, but it tastes good!

Bourbon Whiskey BBQ Sauce

wow...this sauce is excellent. i looked at the previos reviews before deciding to use this recipe. someone mentioned that they didnt change it at all, so i figured i would try it as the recipe is written (something i NEVER do). i am really impressed with this sauce...perhaps next time i will tweak it a bit, not because it needs it thought.
