Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

I'm not a huge fan of oatmeal raisin cookies, but these definitely satisfy the occasional craving. They are the perfect blend of chewy and crispy, and I love all the spices (which I overdo just a little, on purpose.)

Old Fashioned Apple Dumplings

I had never made apple dumplings, and am deathly afraid to make any kind of pie. So, I was timid going into making these. But, they turned out FABULOUS!!!! Quite a bit of work involved in preparation, but well worth it! SO yummy!!!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

White Chocolate Orange Cookies

Yum!! I don't even like white chocolate, but I LOVED these cookies!! Everyone who tried them, inlcuding my 1-year-old daughter and her grandpa liked them too!
