Fresh Peach Dumplings Served with Hard Sauce
These were very tasty! However, for 6 smallish peaches, I needed more dough. I couldn't even cover them completely, let alone pinch them together at the top. Next time I will double the recipe for the dough, but only use 8 peaches.

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole
Yep, it's the best! Super easy to make, and so hard to stop eating. I used to make a double batch and eat it all day long for a week. Bad, I know, but so yummy!

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
I'm not a huge fan of oatmeal raisin cookies, but these definitely satisfy the occasional craving. They are the perfect blend of chewy and crispy, and I love all the spices (which I overdo just a little, on purpose.)
