Sun-Dried Tomato With Fresh Basil Spread
I didn't have sun dried tomatoes in oil, but had some without and I used fresh basil from my garden--I also added 1/4 tsp of garlic salt and 1/4 tsp of onion powder. It's delicious!

Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies
oh these were DELICIOUS!!! I did substitute 1/2 white flour for the flour amount. I flattened mine slightly and cooked them for about 14 minutes. I need to lock these up or I'll eat them all!!!
